Join us in a conversation about how the lessons from MI can be used to support leaders in helping individuals and their organization move forward with change. Three leading groups in the application of MI in the leadership space, who have come together to create a new non-profit, will share their thoughts on how you can use these ideas to help the leaders you support learn to use MI in their own leadership approach. William Miller, the founder of MI, will also end the conference with a question and answer interview focused on this new adaptation of MI.
