Implementing new processes, systems, programs, and policies can be highly challenging, and yet it is a central role in a leader's job. On this webinar, Christina Näsholm, Sweden, and Anette Søgaard Nielsen, Denmark, will talk about implementation and how MI and IMPLEMENTATION DECK may be helpful to leaders in steering the process. IMPLEMENTATION DECK is a serious game developed by MINT’ies to help leaders (and potentially staff) assess barriers and facilitators towards implementing new inventions in organizations. IMPLEMENTATION DECK integrates principles of MI and evidence-based strategies, stemming from implementation research. Christina and Anette will introduce IMPLEMENTATION DECK to support leaders in renovating an organization’s implementation culture and forming the ground for an engaging process.
